Participation at the group exhibition "Profusion of Colors"

We invite artists for submitting artworks in various artistic styles. The exhibition explores how the "Profusion of Colors" enjoy the beauty of life, that awaken the senses and electrifies the mind, this can be interpreted and expressed in diverse and innovative artistic ways.

An artwork by each artist who made a submition will be displayed at the screen at the gallery during the exhibition. Names of all artists who submitted artworks (with links to a website or an Instagram account) will be listed at the exhibition web page.

9 artists will be selected for presenting an artwork at the physical group exhibiton and for representation at the online gallery.

No Participation costs. The space is free of charge for the artists and access to the public is free.

Everything we offer is free of charges but the production and the transfer (in & out of the gallery) of the artwork will be at your own expenses and responsibility.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS of participation in an Open Call

A.E.Corner representation & Exhibition
• Artworks by all artists (one artwork per artist) who made a submission will be displayed on the screen at A.E.Corner gallery during the exhibition.
• Names of all artists who submitted artworks (with links to a website or an Instagram account) will be listed at the exhibition webpage.
• Among them, 9 artists will be selected for presenting one of the submitted artworks at the physical group exhibiton and for representation at the online gallery.
• The space is free of charge for the artists and access to the public is free.
• Jurying and artistic curatorship, installation of the artworks, and the installation views of the exhibition will be provided by the gallery, free of charges.
• Artists will also be involved in all our promotional activities.
• In case of sales, A.E.Corner's commission constitutes 20%.

​ Eligibility
• The exhibition is open to all professional and amateur artists aged 18 and older.

​ Usage Rights
• Marketing and Promotion: A.E.Corner and its media partners may use images of submitted artworks for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Competition License: Artists grant A.E.Corner a non-exclusive, irrevocable worldwide license to use their artworks for competition-related purposes.
• Copyright Retention: Artists retain full copyright ownership of their artworks.
• Third-Party Usage: Artworks will not be used by third parties without the explicit permission of the artist.

Submission Rules
• Number of Submissions: Each entrant can make unlimited number of submissions. NO cost of submitting artworks.
• Variety: Submissions can include artworks of different styles: paintings, photograhy, sculptures.
• Thematic Alignment: Artworks should adhere to the theme of the current Open Call.
• Originality: Submissions must be original works, solely owned by the entrant, and must not infringe on the rights of others.
• Content Restrictions: Artworks depicting violence, weapons, pronounced erotic, political or religious themes will be disqualified.
• Delivery: If selected, artists are responsible for all transportation and customs costs associated with their artworks. Selected artworks must be delivered at least one week prior to the first day of the exhibition.

Artwork Submission Requirements
• Submit your artworks at opencall@aecorner.it with the subjet line: Artist submission Open Call - Profusion of Colors
• Applicant informations (Your CV, social media accounts and a small portfolio).
• Description of the artwork or of the project with name, size, dimensions, materials, etc. (A short description of the artwork or the project, maximum 2000 characters).
• File Formats: Artworks images submissions must be in JPEG, PNG, or JPG format. A current CV (Curriculum Vitae) should be submitted in either PDF or Word format.
• Resolution: Images should have a resolution of 300 DPI.
• Installation requirements (If your artworks are sculptures, installations, videos, etc. please specify the technical and installation requirements with us).

Publication and Publicity
• Artists’ Details: The first and last names (or artistic names) of artists, along with selected artworks, will be published on the A.E.Corner website or/and social media channels.
